REFUND & RETURN POLICY
We accept returns on eligible items under the conditions outlined below.
DECALS
Decals may be returned within 14 days of delivery if:
- The item is unused and in resellable condition
- The backing has not been removed
STEEL PRODUCTS
Steel products may be returned within 14 days of delivery if:
- The item has not been welded, modified, or installed
- The item is in resellable condition
RETURN SHIPPING
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- Shipping costs are non-refundable
REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected:
- You will be notified by email
- If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method
No restocking fees are charged.
EXCHANGES
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
To request an exchange, contact us before returning the item.
IMPORTANT NOTES
- Returns that do not meet the above conditions may be refused
- Pathmaker Productions is not responsible for installation errors or misuse of products
