TRACKING
- Tracking is provided for steel and apparel orders
- Decals shipped via letter mail do not include tracking
- Tracking numbers become active within 24 hours
DUTIES, TARIFFS & TAXES (U.S. ORDERS)
All U.S. orders are shipped DDP (Delivery Duty Paid).
This means:
- Duties, tariffs, and import costs are included upfront
- You will not receive additional charges on delivery
DELIVERY DELAYS
Delivery times are estimates only. Delays may occur due to:
- Carrier issues
- Weather conditions
- Customs processing
DAMAGED OR LOST SHIPMENTS
Pathmaker Productions is not responsible for items lost or damaged during shipping.
If your order arrives damaged:

- Keep all packaging and contents
- We will assist with filing a claim

- Decals: 14-day return window (unused, backing intact)
- Steel: 14-day return window (not welded or modified)
- Customers are responsible for return shipping
