How long does it take to ship my order?
Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days. Shipping times vary by location:
- Canada: 3–6 business days
- USA: 5–8 business days
Do U.S. orders have additional fees?
No. All U.S. orders are shipped with duties, tariffs, and import costs included at checkout. There are no surprise charges on delivery.
Do you provide tracking?
Tracking is included for steel and apparel orders. Decals ship by letter mail to keep costs low and do not include tracking.
What vinyl do you use?
All decals are made using Oracal 751 cast vinyl, designed for long-term outdoor use with excellent durability and flexibility.
Are decals easy to apply?
Yes. Every order includes step-by-step instructions. Most decals apply easily to clean, smooth surfaces.
Do you have installation instructions?
Full instructions are included with every order. You can also view them here:
Are decals removable?
Yes. Decals can be removed using heat, such as a hair dryer. They are not reusable once removed.
Will decals damage my paint?
No. Decals are safe for properly maintained paint. We are not responsible for damage to surfaces that already have peeling, flaking, or failing paint.
How are your steel parts made?
All steel parts are designed, cut, and tested in-house. These are real-world parts built for actual use, not just designed on a screen.
Do steel parts come ready to install?
Most steel parts are weld-it-yourself kits. Basic fabrication and welding experience is recommended.
Do you offer custom fabrication?
At this time, we do not offer custom fabrication. Product ideas and suggestions are always welcome.
What brands do you use for apparel?
We use quality Gildan apparel and FlexFit hats.
How are apparel designs applied?
All designs are cut and applied in-house using heat transfer vinyl (HTV). No outsourcing or drop shipping.
Can I get a decal design on a shirt?
Yes. Contact us if you would like a specific design put on apparel.
What is your return policy?
Decals may be returned within 30 days if unused and the backing has not been removed. Steel parts may be returned within 14 days if they have not been welded, modified, or installed. Customers are responsible for return shipping.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are issued after the returned item is received and inspected. No restocking fees are charged.
Do you offer custom decals?
Custom decal orders are not currently offered, but product ideas and suggestions are always welcome.
