2001–2010 Chevy 2500 Shock Bracket – Solid Axle Swap

Overview

This kit includes the brackets needed to mount shocks on your 2001-2010 Chevy 2500/3500 SAS to your 2005-2017 Ford SuperDuty stock shock tabs. 

The shock bracket is a three-piece design with 9/16″ mounting holes spaced. It is spaced 1.625″ wide to fit a standard gas pressure shock.

The axle-side of the shock mounts to the stock Ford shock bracket location.

Design Notes

These parts were developed during the Pathmaker SilverDuty 2001–2010 Chevy 2500 solid axle swap project. The goal was to create brackets that fit the Chevy frame correctly while positioning a 2005–2017 Ford Super Duty Dana 60 in the proper location for suspension geometry, steering clearance, and durability under real trail use.

Shock Bracket Mount

This mount positions the shocks to mount above the stock Ford shock mount location.
