2001–2010 Chevy 2500 Frame Plates – Solid Axle Swap

Description

Overview

These frame plates are CNC Plasma cut out of 1/4″ mild steel to cover the holes in the frame and add strength to the frame section after removal of IFS brackets on the 2001-2010 Chevy/GMC 2500-3500 frame. Precision measured, notch cut for easy bending, alignment notches for coil bucket (sold separately)  alignment.

Design Notes

These parts were developed during the Pathmaker SilverDuty 2001–2010 Chevy 2500 solid axle swap project. The goal was to create brackets that fit the Chevy frame correctly while positioning a 2005–2017 Ford Super Duty Dana 60 in the proper location for suspension geometry, steering clearance, and durability under real trail use.

Frame Plates

These plates spread suspension loads across the frame rails and provide a solid foundation for mounting SAS components.
