2001–2010 Chevy 2500 Radius Arms – Solid Axle Swap

Description

Overview

This kit consists of two sets of radius arm brackets for your Chevy SAS Project. These brackets are shipped WITHOUT tube or pipe due to shipping size costs. Supply your own DOM or Schd80/Schd40 Pipe with 3 sizes to choose from. These brackets lock together, while also centering the arm in the mount. Two lower and two upper radius arm brackets as well as brackets to attach the upper arm to the lower tube.

Design Notes

These parts were developed during the Pathmaker SilverDuty 2001–2010 Chevy 2500 solid axle swap project. The goal was to create brackets that fit the Chevy frame correctly while positioning a 2005–2017 Ford Super Duty Dana 60 in the proper location for suspension geometry, steering clearance, and durability under real trail use.

Radius Arms

These radius arms allow for different size material to be used. Customer supplied DOM or Pipe allows for different axle location for larger tires or more lit.
