Overview

These coil buckets are a crucial component for your Chevy Solid Axle Swap. They are designed to run stock Ford Superduty front coil springs and come in multiple different heights depending on lift desired. These coil buckets are shipped flat pack, with slots cut for easy bending. They are weld-on components and come with locating tabs for easy assembly. Combine with my frame plates for even easier installation and extra strength!

Design Notes

These parts were developed during the Pathmaker SilverDuty 2001–2010 Chevy 2500 solid axle swap project. The goal was to create brackets that fit the Chevy frame correctly while positioning a 2005–2017 Ford Super Duty Dana 60 in the proper location for suspension geometry, steering clearance, and durability under real trail use.

These buckets position the front coils correctly on the GM frame while providing sufficient strength for heavy off-road use.
