Overview
This is the whole shebang, all the parts I’ve designed and built and installed myself on the Pathmaker SilverDuty project. These are all the flat pack brackets you need (pipe and tube not included due to shipping constraints) to SAS your own Chevy/GMC. The kit consists of my Frame Plate kit, Coil Bucket Kit, Panhard Bracket Kit, Transmission Crossmember, Frame Brackets, Radius Arm Brackets, Shock Mounts, Bump Stop Brackets and Limit Strap Mounts ready to add your tube to and go! At this time kit does not include Heims or Johnny Joints but check back for changes. This kit consists of only 1/4″ flat pack steel brackets, hardware not included.

Design Notes
These parts were developed during the Pathmaker SilverDuty 2001–2010 Chevy 2500 solid axle swap project. The goal was to create brackets that fit the Chevy frame correctly while positioning a 2005–2017 Ford Super Duty Dana 60 in the proper location for suspension geometry, steering clearance, and durability under real trail use.
Frame Plates
These plates spread suspension loads across the frame rails and provide a solid foundation for mounting SAS components.
Coil Buckets
These buckets position the front coils correctly on the GM frame while providing sufficient strength for heavy off-road use.
Transmission Crossmember
This crossmember consists of two weld on frame plate brackets with raidus arm mounts and a bolt on transmission crossmember that bolts to the stock transmission mount and locates the transmission in the stock location.
Panhard Mount
This mount positions the panhard bar to maintain correct axle centering and minimize bump steer.
Radius Arm Brackets
These brackets are ready for your supplied DOM or Schd80 Pipe. Featuring inner centering tab as well as ample welding surface for durability. These radius arms will keep your axle under your truck where it belongs! Due to weight and shipping size the kit does not come with DOM or Schd80. You will be able to source locally for much cheaper than I can ship it to you.
Shock Mounts
Shock mount kit to position your shocks above the stock Ford Superduty shock brackets.
Bump Stop Bracket
Brackets to mount your bump stops under the frame, inside the coil spring to use the stock Ford axle bump pad.
Limit Strap Bracket
Mounts for your limit straps to use the stock Ford mount hole on the front side of the axle.
